Total TV Ratings for September 29, 2021
The Block is once again the top non-news program in the total TV ratings after improving on its overnight ratings by 25% to bring its final total to 1.514m. The episode saw the teams struggle with their budget, particularly Kirsty and Jesse who have an extra seven spaces and only half of the $62,000 needed to complete them.
SAS Australia was up 28% to 1.213m for its episode that saw Isabelle Cornish and Koby Abberton withdraw from the competition. Also on Seven, Home and Away was up 18% to 1.161m.
Hard Quiz fell just short of one million with 977,000 after increasing on its overnight audience by 11%.

Nine has continued its recent winning streak by once again securing the top primary (23.8%) and network (31.8%) share.
A Current Affair had 724,000 as the show covered the rise in violence during the pandemic.
The Block then followed with 894,000 as fears of another cheating scandal were raised when it looked like Tanya and Vito might be getting their laundry cabinets installed for free, despite being told they’d have to pay. This was down on last week’s viewership of 902,000.
Nine continued its medical theme for Wednesday nights with Paramedics (529,000) and Botched (219,000), the latter of which replacing Kings Cross ER in the schedule.
Seven
Home and Away had 590,000 viewers and was the top non-news program of the night for the broadcaster. This was followed by Highway Patrol with 373,000.
The Liam Neeson action flick Unstoppable then had 220,000 viewers.

The Project had 280,000 (6:30pm) and 439,000 (7:00pm) as the show discussed the need for daily Covid press conferences and also the validity of a federal ICAC.
With Making It Australia bumped to 10’s weekend schedule, the broadcaster instead aired The Graham Norton Show. The episode brought in 293,000 viewers – slightly up from last week’s Making It numbers of 289,000 – and featured the cast of James Bond: No Time to Die: Daniel Craig, Lea Seydoux, Lashana Lynch, Rami Malek, and also Ed Sheeran.
Three episodes of Bull then followed.
ABC
Hard Quiz continues to perform for the ABC after bringing in another strong crowd of 623,000.
The season’s final episode of Question Everything then followed with 440,000 and featured Julia Zemiro, Aaron Chen and Bec Melrose.
Frayed then continued its new season with an audience of 240,000.
SBS
The top program on SBS was Lost for Words with 210,000.
