Total TV Ratings, October 6
Home and Away was the top entertainment program in the total TV ratings with an average of 909,000 viewers tuning in to the soap’s first two episodes, an increase of 24%, before 888,000 (up 28%) watched the third and final episode of the night.
The top program on 10 for the night was Gogglebox with 729,000 viewers, up 31% on its overnight ratings.

Nine was both the top primary channel (20.5%) and network (28.7%) last night. A Current Affair performed well for the broadcaster, bringing in 578,000 viewers, as the episode showed an E-scooter rider going almost 100km/h on an Australian road before the crash. RBT then followed at 7:30pm with 380,000 viewers.
On Seven, Home and Away had 455,000 before the Women’s Big Bash League returned for a new season. The WBBL had 137,000 in the 7:30pm timeslot on Seven’s primary channel as the Brisbane Heat took on the Sydney Sixers.
On 10, Gogglebox was the top program of the night for the network as 557,000 tuned in. The Real Love Boat then aired are 8:30pm with an audience of 205,000 viewers, its best audience since the show’s launch.
On the ABC, Foreign Correspondent had 332,000 viewers as it explored the world of men exchanging nude photographs of women without their consent.
The top program on SBS was The World’s Most Scenic Railway Journeys which had 136,000 viewers.
