TV Ratings November 4, 2022: Fans tune in for Aussies in WC

• Both Nine and Fox Cricket enjoyed solid Friday night crowds

Seven’s The Chase Australia was the top entertainment program in the total TV ratings with 669,000, an increase of 3% on its overnight ratings. While Better Homes and Gardens also performed well for the network with 621,000 viewers, an increase of 4%.

Some of the other strong performers came from The ABC as Gardening Australia had 635,000, an increase of 17%, while All Creatures Great and Small had 570,000, an increase of 54%.

Nine was both the top primary channel (23.1%) and network (32.7%) last night as the broadcaster enjoyed an easy win thanks to the 490,000 viewers tuning in to watch Australia defeat Afghanistan in the T20 World Cup.

On Seven, The Chase Australia was the top entertainment program for the network with an audience of 351,000. Better Homes and Gardens was the best non-news program for the broadcaster in prime time with 338,000 viewers.

On 10, The Living Room had 237,000 viewers after The Project provided a lead-in of 173,000 (6:30pm) and 260,000 (7:00pm) viewers.

On the ABC, Frankly had 277,000 viewers while All Creatures Great and Small had 261,000 viewers.

The top non-news program on SBS was Secrets of the Lost Liners which had 115,000 viewers.

The T20 World Cup dominated the STV ratings last night as Australia v Afghanistan had 286,000 viewers tune in. The other match of the day, New Zealand v Ireland had 60,000 viewers.
