Total TV Ratings, May 15
The Voice was the top entertainment program in the total tv ratings with 1,356,000 tuning in, an increase of 25% on its overnight TV ratings. The episode saw Team Jess and Team Rita put their artists head to head.
The penultimate episode of Lego Masters was the top entertainment program for Nine, with the episode bringing in 1,118,000 viewers, an increase of 20%. The episode saw the teams build a creation on a cloud resulting in the tearful elimination of Lexi and Rachel,
MasterChef was the top program on 10 with 783,000 viewers which was an increase of 23%. The episode saw an emotional elimination night as Michael played his immunity pin and Sashi was sent home.

Seven has cruised to a comfortable Sunday night win with a primary share of 24.6% as well as the top network share for the night with 33.6%. A large contributor to this success was The Voice which was the top entertainment program of the night with 781,000 viewers tuning in for the semi-final. Lachie Gill from Team Rita, Thando Sikwila from Team Keith, Jordan Tavita from Team Guy and Faith Sosene from Team Jess were reveleaed to be the final four for next week’s grand finale. The Voice was up on last Sunday’s 721,000.
This was followed by a special double edition of 7News Spotlight with 321,000 tuning in. The episode featured Melissa Caddick’s husband Anthony Koletti who has threatened to sue ASIC for millions and examined the legal drama of “killer” cop Zachary Rolfe. Earlier in the day the Sunday afternoon AFL coverage had an audience of 284,000.
On Nine, the season launch of Celebrity Apprentice had 404,000 tune in. The episode saw 16 new celebs enter the boardroom, although the number is now 15 with Beck Zemek being the first eliminated. The former MAFS contestant who is best known for claiming to kiss her brother rather than cop to cheating, stayed true to form, blaming everyone but herself for her elimination.
60 Minutes then had 400,000 viewers as the show examined the election results and looked at conman Grant Greentree.
Earlier, Nine’s afternoon NRL coverage had 248,000 viewers.
On 10, The Sunday Project had 278,000 (6:30pm) and 374,000 (7:00pm) as the show broke down the election results.
MasterChef Australia was the top program for 10 with 447,000 viewers, down on last Sunday’s 477,000. The episode saw the teams merge as Sarah Todd one the first combined challenge with her butter-poached lobster with spiced bouillabaisse, curry Leaf aioli and pickled cucumber.
On the ABC, Grand Designs had 414,000 viewers before local drama, Barons, had 118,000.
The top non-news program on SBS was Viking Empires with 182,000 viewers.
