How to watch on ESPN
ESPN is bringing Australians NFL coverage across the 2024-25 season, kicking off Friday, 6 September, featuring the biggest games and names, both on and off the field.
Each week during the regular season ESPN will broadcast (all US times) three Sunday afternoon games, Sunday Night Football, Monday Night Football and Thursday Night Football, along with NFL RedZone and the NFL Network streaming on the ESPN App.
Once the post-season starts, every Playoff game and the Super Bowl will be live on ESPN.
NFL week one sees seven games across ESPN and ESPN2, including the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs, the NFL’s first-ever trip to Brazil and Aaron Rodgers’ return for the New York Jets.
Friday 6 September kicks off the new season with the first look at the Kansas City Chiefs, led by superstars Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce.
The Super Bowl champions begin the new campaign against the Baltimore Ravens, live on ESPN at 10.15 am AEST.
Eight-time Super Bowl Champion Bill Belichick will bring his football pedigree to ESPN this season through Belichick joining The Pat McAfee Show and becoming a featured guest on Monday Night Football with Peyton and Eli.
Jason Kelce has also joined ESPN, forming part of Monday Night Football pre-game show alongside host Scott Van Pelt and fellow analysts Ryan Clark and Marcus Spears.

How to watch NFL on 7mate and 7plus
The NFL is back in action on the Seven Network, with the Saturday 7 September season opener featuring the Green Bay Packers taking on the Philadelphia Eagles, live and free on 7mate and 7plus.
Every Monday features a double-header of action, starting with the Tennessee Titans and Chicago Bears clash, followed by the Washington Commanders facing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The action-packed Mondays will again be followed by Seven’s weekly NFL show, NFL Armchair Experts, with Australian NFL trailblazer Ben Graham and expert Cam Luke, who will dive into all the week’s highlights and burning issues. This year, for the first time Ben and Cam will also be joined by comedian and NFL super fan, Adam Rosenbachs as he takes a look at the lighter side of the NFL.
Seven will bring fans two games live and free every week during the regular NFL season, along with all 12 playoff matches.
The season will culminate in the coverage of the most anticipated event in American sports, Super Bowl LIX on 9 February.
Viewers can also catch up on NFL highlights, exclusive on-demand shows, replays and bonus content on 7plus, while 7NEWS.com.au and @7Sport on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram has viewers covered for all the biggest breaking news stories out of the league.
Seven’s live, replay and ancillary NFL broadcasts reach more than four million Australians each year, while 7plus streams more than 17.5 million minutes of NFL action.

Watch every match on a Game Pass via an add-on subscription now in Australia
Amazon and DAZN have agreed to a distribution partnership to make NFL Game Pass (NFL GP) available on Prime Video as an add-on subscription in the UK, France, Germany, Australia, Mexico and Brazil.
Game Pass is launching this week on Prime Video and enables fans outside of the USA to watch every NFL matchup throughout the regular season and postseason, including the Super Bowl.
