Tapt Media launches daily AFL podcast Footy Fix
Tapt Media has assembled former players, journalists and trade experts for a new show running through the end of 2026.

Tapt Media has launched a new daily AFL podcast, AFL Footy Fix, featuring former players, journalists and trade experts.
The podcast launches today across Apple Podcasts, Spotify and YouTube, with 70 episodes scheduled before the end of the year.

The panel includes Joel Selwood, Matthew Lloyd, Jimmy Bartel, Rory Sloane and Matthew Richardson, alongside trade expert Kinnear Beatson.
Journalists and broadcasters Laura Spurway, Cal Twomey, Bruce Eva, Jon Ralph, Mark Stevens, Joel Peterson and Meghan McDonald will also feature.
The show will publish Monday to Friday during the AFL finals series, then increase to twice daily during the trade period. It will then return to a daily schedule through to the end of 2026.

70 episodes planned
The podcast is a collaboration between Tapt Media’s AFL, Digital and Broadcast teams and forms part of the company’s expanding AFL podcast slate.
Head of Podcasts at Tapt Media Del Fordham said: “With 70 episodes planned to publish from launch through to the end of the year, Footy Fix is the engine room to our growing AFL network of podcasts. From the talent we have on mic in front of the camera, through to the skills we have behind the scenes, Footy Fix is a truly exciting addition to our slate.”
New episodes will be released Monday to Friday on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and YouTube.
