Clarity Global, the now-owner of Sefiani Communications, has named Robyn Sefiani to its executive committee, alongside other senior promotions, and client wins.
Sefiani’s news accompanies the addition of MindPortal, Canva, AI21labs, and Vivup to its client roster. The business has also expanded its services for Henkel, Ansell, and Volvo Group.

“We have huge untapped potential by unlocking the full capability of the agencies acquired by Clarity over the past two years, integrating those agencies fully within the global group, sharing expertise and knowledge across teams and geographies, and cross-selling digital and strategic communication services,” Sefiani, the president of the business’ Australia and New Zealand reputation counsel, said.
“With the founding leaders of the acquired agencies now working together as one on Clarity’s ExCo, under the leadership of our new CEO Rachel Gilley, we’re entering an exciting new chapter of growth for Clarity Global.”
The global digital marketing and communication agency bought Sefiani’s PR and strategic comms firm in early 2023.
New ExCo
In addition to Sefiani, Tom Telford has been announced as president of digital marketing, Nick Lansman as president of corporate affairs, Will Julian-Vicary as head of technology, Caroline Iroegbu as general counsel, and Kristen Ingraham as president of North America.
Rachel Gilley, CEO of Clarity, said: “Clarity’s new ExCo comprises a group of seasoned agency professionals. Nick, Robyn, Tom and Will are all agency founders who joined Clarity following their acquisition in the last three years while Caroline has proven herself a highly capable General Counsel. I look forward to working with ExCo members as we execute Clarity’s global strategy.”
Senior Promotions
Alongside the leadership appointments, a series of internal promotions have been made. Tom Telford was promoted to chief digital officer, Will Julian-Vicary to chief technology officer, Liam McLaughlin to senior partner UK comms, and Nick Owens to president of corporate and crisis communications.
Gilley added: “The promotions are well deserved. Tom has led the digital marketing transformation of Clarity while Will’s promotion to CTO aligns the technology department’s work with Clarity’s overall strategic goals and particularly our investment in AI.”
