OIS has welcomed the appointment of Cecilia Dinis as its new client success director, effective immediately.
Dinis brings a wealth of experience to the role, working in media agencies and ad tech companies, specialising in strategic planning and buying across above- and below-the-line media and omnichannel programmatic platforms.
The newly appointed client success director’s background includes working with ADMATIC and global travel platform Sojern across a range of clients and verticals.
Dinis is passionate about driving enhanced campaign reporting transparency that delivers incremental value for clients.
In her new role at OIS, Dinis is responsible for maintaining client relationships across the multiple agencies and teams that OIS works with and providing the support and training that enables OIS to optimise its investment in the OOH sector.
In addition, she will future-proof client investment by educating them on the changing landscape as OOH market, technology and data opportunities evolve.
Dinis’ broad experience outside of the OOH space was a contributing factor in her appointment.
OIS’ founder and CEO Justin Singh said: “We are data-driven specialists in the OOH sector, but see huge benefit in building our broader experience, across the likes of attribution and programmatic. Cecilia fits perfectly with this approach of employing a balanced mix of skill sets from outside the OOH industry.
“Her client relation skills are second to none and she is well respected in the industry. She fits perfectly with our mission of being independent advisors our clients can trust, and we are already seeing an impact.”
Dinis said she was thrilled to join OIS team and was looking forward to making a difference to client campaigns and outcomes.
“Having experience working across many ad tech platforms, I was instantly impressed and pleasantly surprised by the OIS tech. I immediately saw the value, benefits and its role in addressing clients’ current verification challenges.
“I’m eager to support continual growth and adaptation for OIS and its clients as the market evolves to best service their needs,” she added.
