Global digital media agency, M&C Saatchi Performance, has announced strategic changes to its global leadership team with four key promotions, aiming to “drive its growth and innovation”.
All newly appointed leaders will directly report to chief executive officer, Kabeer Chaudhary, who assumed the role at the beginning of 2023. Chaudhary expresses enthusiasm about the leadership team, stating, “I am thrilled to work alongside such an exceptional group of leaders… I am confident that this strengthened leadership team will drive our global success to new heights.”
Guillaume Lelait, former managing director Americas has been promoted to chief growth officer. While maintaining his position as managing director for the US region, Lelait will actively integrate sales and marketing teams internationally to expand the agency’s global client portfolio.
Lelait commented on the recent moves, stating, “Our team alignment will be improved and we will be able to win more clients and drive continued success.”
Roshat Adnani, with over six years’ experience at M&C Saatchi Performance, has been promoted to managing director Asia Pacific (APAC) region. Adnani, who has played a significant role in the agency’s regional growth, will now oversee the entire P&L for the APAC market, steering global partnerships. Adnani observed, “The market presents us with great opportunities and I can’t wait to lead our team to continue making an impact for our clients.”
Lavinea Morris, previously head of planning Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), has been promoted to managing director EMEA. Morris, with a successful track record since joining in 2017, will focus on client retention and driving growth in the EMEA region, including overseeing operations in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Morris reflected on her journey with the agency, commenting, “Leading this exceptionally talented team fills me with confidence about the exciting path of growth that lies ahead for us.”
Dane Buchanan, formerly global director of data, analytics and tech, is now the chief data and analytics officer. Buchanan, instrumental in shaping the agency’s data and analytics capabilities, will lead tech and product development, aiding clients in navigating privacy changes and optimising campaign success. Buchanan noted the agency’s commitment to innovation, claiming it “lies at the heart of our agency.”
