Ipsos Australia and New Zealand CEO, Simon Wake, has announced the appointment of Brad Hyde as director of Ipsos Perth, to lead the business in Western Australia.
Hyde has 20 years’ experience in market research, customer insights and advertising in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney and brings both consultancy and client-side expertise to Ipsos.
Prior to joining Ipsos, Hyde had his own insights and strategy consultancy in Perth working in the aged care, mining, finance, and advertising sectors. He has also worked with creative agency 303 MullenLowe as a strategic planner, Metrix Consulting as a business director and was associate director at Sweeney Research for a decade.
In his new role, Hyde will work with Ipsos clients to assess market potential and interpret trends, develop and build brands, create long-term relationships with their customers, evaluate communications and measure public opinion.
Commenting on the appointment, Wake said: “Our Perth office holds an important position in the Australian operations of Ipsos and Brad brings a wealth of experience and skills to this role. He will lead our Western Australian operations, to further build awareness for Ipsos, develop new relationships with client partners and contribute to the growth and success of the business.”

Hyde’s appointment is effective immediately.
