Nova has remained in the top spot in Brisbane after its 10+ shared remained steady, going down by only 0.2 points. The breakfast team of Ash, Luttsy & Susie O’Neill have lost the #1 ranking to B105, which continues the back and forth in the dayparts rankings. Nova continues to dominate the drive slot with the national team of Kate, Tim and Joel which remained steady with 13.4%. Nova has remained #1 in the 10-17 and 25-39 demographics but lost the top spot for the 40-54 demo.

B105 has continued its move back up the rankings after posting its lowest share in over five years in the final survey of last year with the station finishing at #2 in this survey. The station’s breakfast show of Stav, Abby and Matt has rocketed to #1 after gaining 2.3 points in the survey, the show finished the last survey as the #5 commercial program. Carrie Bickmore and Tommy Little have remained at #2 in their daypart after remaining steady with a share of 11.1% The station was also #1 in 25-39.

4KQ has slipped down to the #3 commercial station in Brisbane despite its share remaining steady at 9.4%. Breakfast with Laurel, Gary & Mark has slipped down to the #3 ranking for its daypart after losing 1.8 points. The station remains #1 in the mornings and weekends and continues to play well to the older demographics by remaining #1 in 55-64 and 65+ for commercial stations.

KIIS 97.3FM has corrected some of the initial drop off that occurred with its rebranding to KIIS, which saw it lose 2.7 points in survey 1, by improving its 10+ share by 0.6 points. In breakfast, Robin, Terry & Kip has improved to be the #3 commercial show in Brisbane despite losing 0.5 points. In drive, Will and Woody have lost 0.2 points which sees the pair remain the #4 commercial show in the market.

Triple M Brisbane has avoided registering its worse result in over five years for the second survey in a row after improving by 0.1 points. The Big Breakfast with Marto and Margaux has moved up to the #5 spot in the daypart after gaining 0.6 points. The drive show, The Rush Hour with Liesel, Liam & Dobbo is up 0.4 points to 8.6%, making it the #4 commercial radio program. The station was #1 in the 40-54 demographic after gaining 3.3%.

4BC is down 1.3 points as Neil Breen‘s breakfast share also dropped 2.3% compared to survey 1. Ray Hadley finished #6 in the mornings with a share of 8.7%. Overall, 4BC was down in every daypart with the biggest loss coming in the evenings which was down 3.1%.
