In 2023 Carpet Court will celebrate its 50th year, coinciding with its customer experience transformation journey

VERSA has announced it has been appointed as the digital agency of record for flooring specialist Carpet Court, following a competitive pitch process.

The agency will provide a digital experience roadmap that will support Carpet Court as they move beyond the traditional role of a flooring retailer to the trusted go-to lifestyle brand for home renovation inspiration and education for home renovators.

Carpet Court chose to work with VERSA for a number of reasons including its reputation for building market leading platforms, and also for its expertise in providing innovative solutions.
