Val Morgan has today announced the promotion of Annaliese Pedavoli as NSW sales director cinema, leading the NSW Agency Sales team.
Pedavoli started her career at Val Morgan in 2015 as a sales coordinator and has progressed through the business holding various roles since, with her most recent role as group sales manager which she has held for the past three years.
During her time at the company, Pedavoli has cemented herself as a well-respected leader and an inspiring mentor within the NSW team and has displayed an incredible ability to continue driving revenue growth in some of the most challenging circumstances for the Cinema industry.
In her new role, Pedavoli will be reporting directly to Guy Burbidge, managing director of Val Morgan Cinema.
Burbidge said of Pedavoli’s new role: “With a total tenure at Val Morgan spanning 7 years, Annaliese has developed into an extraordinary leader within the business. Annaliese’s impeccable proven track record in leading sales teams, her flawless reputation in the market, and her ability to drive positive team culture will be key to propelling Val Morgan into the future.”
