The Block has topped the night overall, with 1,785,000 watching the kitchen reveals, with Tom and Sarah-Jane continuing their winning streak. The episode was up 32%.
The Brownlow Medal presentation had 1,069,,000 viewers tune in to see Patrick Cripps win the prestigious award, earlier in the night, the red carpet had a robust 669,000 tune in.
On the ABC, Spicks and Specks lifted 25% for a total audience of 792,000. Savage River lifted 66% for a total audience of 708,000.
The Amazing Race took off alongside 585,000, up 49%.

Nine has won the night with a primary share of 28.3% and a network share of 34.6%. 7mate has topped the night for multichannels with a 4.2% share.
The Block has topped the night overall with an audience of 1,040,00. It was a big night with the Living and Dining Room spaces revealed. Rachel and Ryan won the challenge, while Omar and Oz were disqualified for spending $7,000 on a $36,000 baby grand piano – breaking a long-standing Block rule that you can’t buy anything for less than 50% of its retail price. 60 Minutes had 559,000 tune in as the show looked back at the Bali Bombings on the 20th anniversary, and celebrated the birthday of the late Olivia Newton-John.
On Seven, Farmer Wants A Wife saw the farmers introduce their partners to their families in front of 489,000 viewers. 7News Spotlight followed with 238,000 tuning in to hear about Australia’s greatest medical mistake, and sport’s killer concussions.
10’s The Project (210,000 6:30pm / 278,000 7pm) interviewed Good Charlotte’s Joel Madden, and covered the unrest in Iran after the death of a young woman who was detained by the morality police. The Amazing Race had 291,000 tune in as Flick and Gabby were eliminated – hitting the mat only 25 seconds behind Angel and Frankie.
On the ABC, Spicks and Specks drew a crowd of 446,000. Savage River followed with 323,000, and Silent Witness rounded out the evening with 209,000.
The highest rated show on SBS was Pelosi’s Power, with 128,000 tuning in.
