The Block has topped non-news for the night, with only a handful of days to present a double room, guest bedroom, and ensuite. 1,369,000 tuned in, lifting 30%.
Farmer Wants A Wife lifted 33% as Farmers Benjamin and Paige took their turn at speed dating, with 1,067,000 watching. Home and Away was close behind, lifting 20% for a total audience of 997,000.
On 10, Have You Been Paying Attention? lifted 30% for a total audience of 965,000. The Amazing Race had 694,000 tune in, up 41%.

Nine has won the night with a primary share of 21.6% and a network share of 28.8%. Taking the title for multichannels was 7Two with 3.6%.
A Current Affair kicked the night off for Nine, with 650,000 watching as the show covered the eighth anniversary of William Tyrrell’s disappearance and spoke to some of the London locals outside Buckingham Palace. The Block had 719,000 tune in as the teams were challenged to renovate Tim and Tyler‘s house – two young men who are roommates with special needs. Emergency rounded out the night for 359,000.
On Seven, Home and Away turned up the drama for 522,000. The drama continued on Farmer Wants A Wife, with 492,000 watching as one farmer sent a prospective partner packing after being caught in a lie, while two other partners walked out of the show.

10’s The Project (205,000 6:30pm / 318,000 7pm) spoke to journalist and royal commentator Claudia Joseph about Prince Harry’s statement regarding his grandmother’s death, and interviewed George Clooney and Julia Roberts. The Amazing Race continued to trek across Turkey, ultimately saying goodbye to the Scientific Siblings, Tammy and Vincent. Have You Been Paying Attention? saw 544,000 settle onto the couch for a laugh.
On the ABC, 7.30 covered the impact of the Queen’s death on the Australian parliament and the devastation of the Pakistan floods for 573,000 viewers. Australian Story told 543,000 why David Pocock decided to head into politics, before Four Corners took a look at the Postcode Wars for 406,000 viewers.
The highest rating show on SBS was Lighthouses: Building The Impossible with 135,000 tuning in.
