Joh and Charlie continue cruising on Better Homes and Gardens

The Chase on Seven was the top program on total TV, increasing by 2% to reach a total audience of 679,000. 

Better Homes and Gardens came in next, enjoying a lift of 5% to reach 675,000 people, while Gardening Australia on ABC rose 17% for a 649,000 viewer reach.

Fisk on ABC had the highest lift on overnight, with 125% reaching an audience of 427,000.

Seven has dominated the Friday night shares with a primary channel share of 23.1% and a network share of 32.6%, while Nine had a primary channel share of 17.1% and a network share of 25.2%. On the multichannels, 7mate won the night with a 3.9% share. 

The Chase on Seven claimed the top entertainment spot for the night, bringing in 419,000 views. Later in the night, Better Homes and Gardens clocked 351,000 views as Joh and Charlie continued their cruise around Alaska, and Adam built a budget-friendly coat rack back home.

A Current Affair on Nine was the network’s top program bringing in 478,000 views. The program met with an angry resident of a flood-stricken NSW town who lashed out at premier Dominic Perrottet over the state’s emergency response to the event. Taronga: Who’s Who in the Zoo came in next, reaching 319,000 viewers.

On ABC, Gardening Australia reached 362,000 viewers as Costa planted potatoes in pots, while Jane visited an eremophila expertLater in the night, Fran Kelly’s chat show Frankly clocked 298,000 as Kelly spoke with actor and musical genius Tim Minchin, solo sailor Lisa Blair, and cricket legend Wasim Akram.

On 10, The Project also chatted with Wasim Akram as he revealed why he still hasn’t recovered from the passing of his friend, Shane Warne. The program brought in 197,000 views.

Tutankhamun: The Last Exhibition was the most-watched program on SBS, with 65,000 views.

The Women’s cricket saw the Sixers take on Sydney Thunder and win by 18 runs on Fox Cricket. The coverage pulled in 58,000, followed by the F1: Abu Dhabi Practice 1 on Fox Sports with 44,000. Credlin on Sky News Live clocked 39,000 views.
