Total TV Ratings, June 29
Gruen has topped the night, getting into the nitty gritty of advertising pet products for 946,000, lifting 28%. Home And Away followed with a lift of 23%, bringing 901,000 to Summer Bay.
On MasterChef, 893,000 tuned in to lift the show 19%. On Ninja Warrior, the young guns gave the legends a run for their money in front of 784,000 viewers, rising 17%. The Weekly with Charlie Pickering lifted 12%, for a total audience of 726,000.
Big Brother continued to storm up the total TV chart, lifting 43% for a total of 710,000.

Nine has won the night with a primary share of 23.2% and a network share of 31.6%. Multichannels were won by 7TWO with a 3.6% share.
A Current Affair introduced 656,000 to the 28yo sleepfluencer who earns $50,000 a month and spoke to the mother of an 11yo who needs surgery on her spine, but the procedure keeps getting cancelled due to a lack of hospital beds. Australian Ninja Warrior ran through its last semi final ahead of Sunday’s grand final, with 500,000 tuning in for the action.
Seven’s Home And Away drew a crowd of 433,000, before Big Brother saw Tim’s luck run out. 341,000 watched as the eviction ceremony ended in game over for the Big Brother legend. The Front Bar brought in 282,000 viewers, with 177,000 of those coming from Melbourne.
The Project (6:30pm 265,000 / 404,000 7pm) interviewed Julie Goodwin and James Bay, as well as covered the more recent interest rate rise. MasterChef is getting to the pointy end, with 583,000 watching an immunity challenge that sent Billie through to the semi final. Five Bedrooms rounded out the night with 253,000 tuning in.
The ABC’s 7.30 covered the resignations from Boris Johnson’s cabinet and interviewed former world bank chief economist, Joseph Stiglitz, for 534,000. Gruen got meta, dissecting ad campaigns for the ABC through the years, and tried to convince 536,000 that we should ban sport. The Weekly With Charlie Pickering dissected the news for 475,000, before You Can’t Ask That interviewed people who had been to juvie for 295,000.
The highest rating show on SBS was Michael Mosley’s 21 Day Body Challenge which drew a crowd of 129,000.
