Total TV Ratings, February 13
Married At First Sight (MAFS) was the top show of the night, lifting 64% for a total audience of 1,741,000 watching as Intimacy Week began, much to the joy of the show’s resident “horny mum,” Melissa. Her husband Josh, however, was far less enthused.
Seven’s Home and Away brought in 972,000 viewers, up 23%. Australian Idol followed with Marcia Hines returning to the judging panel alongside Harry Connick Jr, Amy Shark, and Kyle Sandilands. The episode was up 25% with 841,000.
Earlier in the day, the Super Bowl was up 8% as 533,000 watched the Chiefs beat the Eagles.
Australian Survivor dealt with the fallout of one of the most intense Tribal Councils in memory, up 46% with 899,000 watching as a clever Idol play by Ben sent Sharni home.

Nine has won the night with a primary share of 25.5% and a network share of 31.3%. 7Two has topped multichannels with a 3.8% share.
Nine’s A Current Affair spoke to a man whose wife was killed and son was critically injured in the Gold Coast helicopter crash, and confronted a woman who had allegedly stolen tens of thousands from a disabled man for 629,000. A Married At First Sight (MAFS) cheating scandal finally came to light, as Claire confessed to kissing Adam on a group night out. Evelyn and Rupert also made their debut, with 837,000 watching the newest wedding of the season going ahead. Big Miracles then drew a crowd of 354,000.
On Seven, Home and Away brought 448,000 to the sunny shores of Summer Bay. The battle for the Top 12 on Australian Idol continued, with two Touchdown handed out. 412,000 watched as Melbourne DJ, Maya Weiss, sang Addicted to You by Avicii and earned Kyle’s Touchdown, while Phoebe Stewart sang Florence + The Machine’s You’ve Got The Love to win Meghan’s Touchdown.
7.30 told 474,000 ABC viewers about increasing vandalism of artworks by protestors, and interviewed Noel Pearson. Back Roads took a very musical trip through western Queensland for 460,000, before Four Corners told 409,000 the inside story of the battle of Kherson. Media Watch had an audience of 388,000, before Q+A was watched by 182,000.
The Project (183,000 6:30pm / 297,000 7pm) on 10 interviewed kids who can’t go to school because of crippling anxiety, and spoke to musician Tim Rogers. With cracks beginning to show in alliances on Australian Survivor, 492,000 tuned in as Tribal Council was flipped on its head due to a fake Idol. Would I Lie To You? then rounded out primetime for 233,000.
The highest rated non-news show on SBS was Monster: The Mystery Of Loch Ness with 84,000.
