711,000 watched Novak Djokovic forge his way into the semi-finals, up 10%.
Seven’s Home and Away brought in 917,000 viewers, lifting 30%.
The Bachelors again had the most significant bump with the lift on overnight with 54% and an audience of 597,00 tuning in as three leading men visited their potential in-laws.
There was no 7.30 on ABC as the broadcaster devoted the time slot to the announcement of the Australian of the Year hosted by Hamish Macdonald and Susie Youssef. The audience of 486,000 got to know a little more about the good work being done by Taryn Brumfitt, lifting 6%.

Once again, Nine has won the night with a primary share of 25.4% and a network share of 32.5%. 10Bold has won the night for multichannels with a 3.2% share.
Nine’s A Current Affair saw 610,000 relive the routine check that ended in the worst police shooting in Queensland history. The story took viewers back to the scene for the first time with the woman whose parents were murdered by two rookie cops. Married At First Sight continued with even more weddings, with 790,000 watching as the season’s youngest couple Ollie and Tahnee tied the knot, whilst new couple Janelle and Adam had a disagreement over Adam’s career.

476,000 began their evening in Summer Bay with Seven’s Home and Away, before tuning in to watch the third episode of Australian Idol. 370,000 watched as the top 50 took shape, complete with an adorable appearance by Meghan Trainor’s one-year-old son, Riley.

On 10, The Project (238,000 7pm) welcomed special guest Adam Hills who spoke about the second addition to his Rockstar Detective book series, as well as Sam Taunton who hit the streets to find out what names just don’t suit babies off the back of Love Island UK star Molly Mae Hague naming her child Bambi. Then, on Australian Survivor, 369,000 watched as a third consecutive Villain, Mimi was eliminated from the show.

432,000 tuned into ABC’s 7.30 which covered a call to change the firearm register following the Queensland shoot-out that saw six people dead and an investigation into why a growing number of children are refusing to go to school. 388,000 then watched Tom Gleeson award the Big Brass Mug after his guests were questioned about photographer Robert Mapplethorpe, NRL team Melbourne Storm, heavy metal band Metallica, and the Bridgerton series.
The highest rating show on SBS was Incredible Canals with 159,000 tuning in.
