Total TV Ratings, August 14
The Block has won the night with a 29% rise in total TV, bringing in 1,769,000 viewers tuning in for the first room reveal of the year.
My Kitchen Rules followed on with an audience of 974,000, up 25% as Arrnott and Fuzz served up their Fijian heritage on a plate.
The Masked Singer reveal was up 19%, with 910,000 watching Jamie Durie lift the Tiger mask. The rest of the episode was up 23% for 727,000.

Nine has won the night with a 23.8% primary share and a 30.1% network share. Topping the night in multichannels was 7mate with 4.8%.
The Block unveiled the guest bedrooms to 911,000 viewers on Nine, with the room belonging to Ankur and Sharon ultimately being crowned the winner. 60 Minutes took a deep dive into the cosmetic surgery industry for 486,000, uncovering the surgeons putting profits before patients and the regulations that aren’t stopping.
Earlier in the day, 204,000 watched the Newcastle Knights take on the Canberra Raiders in Sunday Afternoon NRL, in a match that saw the Knights lead 22-8 at half time. A comeback from Canberra saw the home side ultimately go down 22-28 by the time the siren sounded.
Seven’s My Kitchen Rules took a trip to Brisbane alongside 522,000 viewers for Rosie and Hayley‘s turn in the kitchen. The pair set up a jungle-themed instant restaurant called Lioness, inspired by female empowerment. 7News Spotlight followed with 320,000 viewers, taking off into the world of UFOs.
In Sunday Afternoon AFL, the Carlton Blues and Collingwood Magpies battled it out for their seasons, with the Magpies ultimately denying the Blues a spot in the finals by a single point. 581,000 tuned in as the match ended 74-75.
On 10, The Sunday Project (207,000 6:30pm / 301,000 7pm) celebrated International Orangutan Day and interviewed Idris Elba – with the superstar giving a non-commital answer on whether or not he was lined up to be the next James Bond. The Masked Singer followed on, with 451,000 tuning in to try their hands at guessing the mystery voices. 568,000 watched the reveal, watching as Popcorn took his mask off to reveal Australia’s Sam Sparro.
Spicks and Specks pulled on its dancing shoes for the ABC, and brought 494,000 along as it took a dive into throat singing, Zuckerberg singing, and Brian Mannix in a bathtub. Vera followed on with 597,000.
The highest rating program on SBS was Nazis, Treasures And The Quest For Celts, with 167,000 tuning in.
