Australia’s biggest sporting rivals New South Wales and Queensland are set to go head to head when the 2023 Women’s State of Origin series comes live and free from Sydney on Channel Nine and 9Now on June 1 at 7:30 pm AEST.
Expanding to a two-game series this year, the women’s game will continue its rise on Nine when both fixtures are played on June 1 and June 22.
In the lineup for the New South Wales Blues are NRLW stars Millie Boyle, Emma Tonegato, Isabelle Kelly, Jessica Sergis, and rising star Jesse Southwell.
The Maroons’ Ali Brigginshaw will lead Queensland with starts Tamika Upton and Zahara Temara.
Nine’s coverage will be hosted by Danika Mason with experts Phil Gould, Allana Ferguson, Darren Lockyer, commentator Peter Psaltis, and Emma Lawrence on the sideline.
