Earlier this year, ViacomCBS Australia and New Zealand and the Australian Professional Leagues (APL) announced a landmark media partnership deal worth $200 million. The five-year agreement aims to give Australian football the greatest reach it has ever had.
On top of that, they spent another $100 million in a contract with Football Australia to secure more soccer broadcast rights. The deal will see all the Australian National Teams and the FFA Cup matches broadcast across Network 10 and on Paramount+.
