The MAFS Reunion fills the gap between what happened at Final Vows, and how the participants of the experiment fared afterwards.
The MAFS Reunion Dinner Party airs Sunday 7 April at 7pm, and the Reunion Finale airs on Monday 8 April at 7:30 pm on Channel Nine and 9Now.
The MAFS Reunion was presumably filmed in November 2023, as Daily Mail Australia published leaked photos of the contestants arriving in Sydney to film.
The publication also published photos of the contestants on the way to their Final Vows, which were snapped in October 2023.
This timeline means the couples and singles had a month free in the real world before they came together at the MAFS Reunion Dinner party and the Reunion Finale.
The 2024 MAFS Reunion will come in two parts: a Dinner Party and the Reunion Finale. The dinner party was filmed at The Grounds of Alexandria in Sydney.
The Dinner Party will feature inevitable drama as after his explosive breakup with wife Lauren at Final Vows, Jonathan returns to the Dinner Party hand-in-hand with Ellie, whom he insisted he had no feelings for after Lauren learned they had been in touch throughout the experiment.
Eden and Jayden, Jade and Ridge, Tori and Jack, and Sara and Tim all committed to continuing their relationships outside of the experiment at Final Vows.
Jade and Ridge have confirmed their status as still together after Jade accidentally revealed they’d watched the show together while live on radio.
During an interview on Star 104.5’s Gina and Matty on 12 March, Matty asked Jade if she watched Monday night’s episode with Ridge.
“I did watch it with Ridge last night,” she confirmed.
