Celebrity Apprentice Australia has reached the pointy end of the competition, with the Grand Final episode airing Tuesday, June 15th at 7:30pm on Channel Nine and 9Now.
British billionaire and business magnate, Lord Alan Sugar, synonymous with The Apprentice after appearing in 15 seasons of the smash-hit UK series, has worked his way through the 14 celebrities who first graced the boardroom guided by his two business advisors – Boost Juice pioneer and investor Janine Allis, and fashion designer and entrepreneur Lorna Jane Clarkson.
From the beginning, viewers were promised that one celebrity would make history – earning more money for their chosen charity than any other in the history of the show.
Following the elimination of Wippa on Sunday night’s episode, Celebrity Apprentice got to the nitty-gritty of the season with the top four competing to make the Grand Final.
The penultimate episode opened with Lord Sugar addressing the final four contestants, “This is the hardest sell you’re ever going to make in your life,” Lord Sugar told Shaynna Blaze, Martha Kalifatidis, Ross Noble and Josh Gibson. “I want you to sell the impossible.”
The impossible was selling enormous loads of lemons, sand, ropes and tennis balls, with each celeb tasked with one of the items, and the challenge of turning them into something more valuable. They then had to face the public in Sydney’s Carriageworks markets to try and turn the biggest profit.
Ultimately, Ross Noble made the most money selling his Cursed Sand, heading straight to the finale. Shaynna Blaze was chosen to go into the grand final alongside him, leaving Martha Kalifatidis and Josh Gibson to exit the competition after being fired.
The winner will be announced on tonight’s episode.
