Starcom Sydney today announced the appointment of Sarah Tillitt to the role of head of digital, effective immediately.
Reporting into Starcom’s national head of investment and digital, Mark Duffy, Tillitt has been charged with leading the digital and performance strategy for Starcom Sydney and its clients; developing a culture of core product excellence; and delivering solutions and value to clients across all digital channels, increasing digital maturity and performance growth.
Duffy said: “Sarah is an exceptional digital leader with proven experience in developing solutions and business growth for clients. Starcom is powered by our people and Sarah’s leadership, passion and credentials align perfectly with our vision for delivering digitally-led solutions for our clients and developing the skills and talent of our people.”
Tillitt returns to Publicis Groupe, after having previously worked in roles including as group media director at Performics based in the US; and as Performance Director at Match Media, an agency which was acquired by Publicis Groupe in 2015. Most recently, Tillitt was at OMD where she led the development and delivery of digital strategy, encompassing media, data and technology for her clients.
On her appointment, Tillitt said: “I’m very excited to join the talented group of people at Starcom, and I’m looking forward to building upon the impressive work they are delivering to drive digital maturity, innovation and successful business outcomes for our clients.”
Earlier this year, Starcom Sydney announced the promotion of Rebecca Ho to the new role of head of investment.
Moving from her current position as group investment director, Ho will lead the agency’s investment product, working closely with media partners to drive maximum value for clients. Ho will report into Mark Duffy, and support Sydney MD, Nancy Lan.
On her appointment, Ho said: “I am honoured to take on this new role and lead the investment product and team in Sydney. I am excited about where Starcom is heading and the momentum we are building through our people powered growth framework.”
