Board reaction

Southern Cross Media Group Board Chair Teresa Dyson said: "On behalf of the Board, I am pleased to welcome Sylvia to SCA. Her deep audit, risk and financial governance expertise, and her extensive experience as audit committee chair across complex, regulated businesses, make her an excellent addition."

Wiggins said: "I am delighted to be joining the SCA Board. I look forward to working closely with Teresa and my fellow directors, drawing on my experience across a range of businesses to support SCA's transformation journey and the creation of long-term shareholder value."

Following the appointment, the board comprises Dyson (Chair), Cathy O'Connor, Marina Go AM, Ryan Stokes AO, Wiggins and Rohan Lund, Managing Director and CEO.
