SCA head of sales insights and campaign strategy, Abi Wallis, has announced the appointment of two new directors who will head SCA iQ’s Sales Insights Leadership team.
Chris Wong joins in the newly created position of commercial insights director. He will be responsible for understanding key strategic challenges in market and how SCA is best placed to overcome them.
Wong has more than 12 years’ experience in strategic analysis, new business and brand strategy. He comes to SCA after working in senior strategy roles for Publicis Media and WPP. He previously spent several years working in Kuala Lumpur as a communications planner for MediaCom and associate director for MEC, before moving to Sydney in 2014.
Bec Alexander joins SCA in the newly created role of campaign strategy director. Alexander will partner on high-profile strategic client briefs in Sydney and Melbourne to create insight-led campaign strategies, working alongside creative teams at SCA’s The Studio and account management.
Alexander joins SCA after an extensive career in media, brand and creative agencies in both Sydney and Melbourne including Mindshare, Bohemia Group and Match Media. She was most recently strategy director – connections at Cummins&Partners.
Both Wong and Alexander will lead specialist teams and report to Wallis.

Both appointments are effective immediately.
