Salterbaxter Australia has announced two new roles in its expanding local team as demand grows for sustainability strategy and engagement services.
Stu Wragg, a founding member of the Salterbaxter Australia team, has been appointed to managing director, as Tess Ariotti has joins as lead consultant – advisory.
Ariotti brings 15 years of in-house experience, which includes building and implementing CSR and sustainability strategies and programs for Samsung, Allianz Insurance, and Westpac Group. Her advisory strength stems from her background embedding sustainability within business practices to create commercial, social and environmental value.
Wragg has a background in communications consulting and has held multiple leadership roles over the years at Publicis Groupe’s PR agency, Herd MSL. His 15 years of experience includes consulting for a broad mix of commercial, not-for-profit and government organisations, including Airbnb, NBN and Uber.
Salterbaxter set up an Australian presence in August 2022 but has been operating globally from a UK-base for 25 years. The consultancy offers end-to-end sustainability services, from materiality assessments, goal setting and strategy development, to program design, implementation roadmaps, creative activations, communications, and reporting.
