Ryvalmedia has announced it has won the full media remit for Ray White Corporate Victoria and Tasmania, leveraging their national network and footprint.
The Ryvalmedia and Ray White partnership will commence immediately, with the first campaign work rolling out imminently.
The RyanCap group agency’s scope of work includes holistic media strategy, planning, and buying, across all channels, digital and non-digital.
Ray White is a household name and Australasia’s largest real estate group, with over 1,000 individual offices across seven countries – offering one of the largest scale of properties for sale each year.
Joseph Pardillo, Ryvalmedia managing director, said: “It’s certainly an honour to be working side by side with such a high profile and flagship real estate group. Moreover, we are excited to join forces with the team there, and to partner with the media to help further elevate their presence and status in a way that only a brand and business, like Ray White, can.
“Their heritage, infrastructure and investment in innovative resourcing has prominently placed them to navigate through the head winds and disruptions that the market faces, and we look forward to sharing in their continued successes ahead.”
Stephen Dullens, Ray White Victoria and Tasmania chief executive officer, said the market-leading group were thrilled to partner with an agency the calibre of the RyanCap group agency.
“We’re extremely excited to be working with Joseph and the entire Ryvalmedia team. We’ve spent the last few months exploring various opportunities across the media and marketing landscape and are confident we have selected the right partner that shares our ambition for continuous improvement.
“As Victoria’s largest real estate group, our 2,000-strong workforce across 110 offices proudly transact in excess of 15,000 sales per year, while managing over 50,000 rental properties on behalf of our customers.
“Ray White is proudly a fourth-generation family-owned and led business, and we feel the experience and depth of offering from Ryvalmedia will help share our story with even more Victorians and assist them with their property needs,” Dullens added.
