After briefly losing the top spot to Mix 94.5 in survey 5, Nova has reclaimed the crown despite making no movement in share percentages.
The good news doesn’t stop there for Nova, with the breakfast show of Nathan, Nat and Shaun taking #1 again with a 14.6% share after jumping up 0.3 points.
Nova also continues to dominate drive – despite a 1.1 point dip – with a 15.6% share thanks to the national program of Kate, Tim and Joel.
The battle for control of the weekends continues to be tight, with Nova just topping 96FM by 0.1 points this survey.
Nova still has a #1 share in the 10-17 and 25-39 demographics, but since the last survey has lost 18-24 to 96FM.

After claiming the top spot in the last survey, a dip of 0.8 points has seen the Hit Network station fall to second place in survey 6.
Coming second to Nova’s breakfast team in every survey so far this year, Mix 94.5’s breakfast lineup of Pete, Matt and Kymba hasn’t managed to break the curse just yet, still sitting in second place after falling 1.7 points to 11.9%.
The national drive show of Carrie Bickmore and Tommy Little also stayed steady in second place to Nova, even after a jump of 0.9 brought them to a share of 13.3%.
In the mornings and afternoon slot, however, Mix 94.5 continues to be the #1 ranked station
Mix also continues to be the most popular station in the 40-54 demographic, narrowly beating out 96FM.

After posting its lowest 10+ and breakfast shares in over five years in the first survey of the year, ARN’s 96FM has continued to bounce back. This survey saw an increase of 0.4 points – the most of any commercial station this survey period.
96FM also saw a cume audience of 448,000 – the most in the station’s 41 year history.
In their fourth full ratings survey together, the breakfast show The Bunch with Dean Clairs and Lisa Shaw has seen its highest share so far. A jump of 0.2 brings the show to 11.7%, keeping them third in Perth.
The station was also the #1 commercial station in the 18-24 and 55-64 demos.

After survey 5 saw 6PR post its lowest share since the end of 2020, the Nine Radio station continues to slide. Survey 6 saw a dip of 0.5 points, taking the station to 7.5% – its equal lowest score since survey 2 2020.
The breakfast show hosted by Gareth Parker has dipped another 0.8 points, bringing it to 8.4%.
In better news for the station, it has remained the #1 commercial station for the 65+ demographic.
92.9 Triple M 5.9% (6.3%)

After coming in as the sixth commercial station in survey 5, Triple M continues to struggle to find its footing in Perth. Survey 6 saw a dip of 0.4 points resulting in a 10+ share of 5.9%. Triple M has risen to fifth this survey period, but that is mostly due to a slide of 1.5 points by 6iX.
This is the station’s sixth survey after changing over to Triple M from the Hit Network. Compared to its predecessor, Hit92.9, this would be the lowest share in over 5 years.
The breakfast team of Basil, Xav and Jenna – led by Perth Lord Mayor Basil Zempilas – lost 0.3 points, bringing it to a share of 5.1%.
The station’s strongest demo is 18-24 where it has an 11.4% share, up 1.5 points.

After moving up 2.4 points over the previous two surveys, 6iX had a slide of 1.5 points in survey 5, bringing it to a 10+ share of 5.1%.
The station did best in the 55-64 and 65+ demos.
