Nova Entertainment has unveiled its lineup for 2023 with the return of the network’s much-loved shows and announcers in January, along with the launch of some new shows on the Nova Network.
Nova 96.9’s Fitzy & Wippa will return with the best celebrity interviews and goss, rap battles and heart-warming moments, along with their unique and hilarious take on the world from 16 January in Sydney.
The #1 breakfast show in Perth, Nova 93.7 Nathan, Nat & Shaun, and Brisbane’s most listened to breakfast show, Nova 106.9 Ash, Luttsy & Susie O’Neill, will also return on Monday.
After launching in December, Nova 100’s Melbourne breakfast show Ben, Liam & Belle returned on 4 January after a short break over Christmas while Nova 919’s new Adelaide breakfast show Jodie & Hayesy launched on Monday 9 January.
One of Australia’s favourite personalities, Chrissie Swan, will launch her new Nova national show on Monday 30 January. The Chrissie Swan Show will air weekdays from 2pm to 4pm around the country.
With over 1.6 million listeners and Australia’s number one Drive show for 45 consecutive surveys, the Kate, Tim & Joel Drive show will return on 23 January from 4pm to 6pm.
Smallzy, one of Australia’s best entertainment broadcasters, will return with the best celebrity and artist interviews, weeknights on Australia’s #1 Night show Smallzy’s Surgery from 16 January at 7pm.
Smooth FM’s the More Music Breakfast Show will return around the country on 16 January, with Bogart Torelli and Ron Wilson in Sydney, Mike Perso in Melbourne, Kelly Golding in Adelaide, Nick Michaels in Brisbane and Karen Prater in Perth (filling in while Kate Mac is on maternity leave).
FIVEaa’s weekday lineup kicks off with David Penberthy & Will Goodings returning to Breakfast and Matthew Pantelis new to Mornings, while Dave ‘Rabbit’ Rabbetts and Gina Jeffreys will return to host Star 104.5’s Rabbit & Gina Breakfast show on the Central Coast from 16 January.
