NOVA Entertainment has announced an invite-only Nova’s Red Room event featuring rising electronic music producer and DJ CYRIL on Friday, 21 March 2025. The performance will take place under the stars at The Fantail, at Gluttony in Adelaide during the city’s peak festival season.
CYRIL, a 27-year-old Darwin-based producer known for his chart-topping radio tracks, boasts over a billion streams and more than one million social media followers. He has also collaborated with global acts including Teddy Swims, Dean Lewis and David Guetta. His debut at Nova’s Red Room will kick off the 2025 event series.
Speaking about the announcement, CYRIL shared: “Nova was among the first stations worldwide to support me, playing a really important role in my growth, and it’s something I’ll always appreciate. Returning for a Nova Red Room is really exciting… Let’s go!”
Nova Network’s group programming director Brendan Taylor, described CYRIL’s debut in Nova’s Red Room as the perfect match: ” Nova’s Red Room is all about delivering epic, up-close live music experiences, and we love backing incredible homegrown talent. CYRIL is the real deal. Following massive Adelaide Red Room sets from Joel Corry and Topic, this is one performance you won’t want to miss!”
Despite early challenges and moments of doubt, CYRIL remained committed to his craft, using his laptop and guitar to hone his signature sound. Now, marked by his distinctive bucket hat and recognised ability, he is steadily advancing in his career – with Nova’s Red Room representing his next significant milestone.
CYRIL’s Red Room set comes off the back of Spotify Australia revealing the musician topped its Australian Music Global Impact List for 2024.
The ranking, based on global streams outside Australia, includes only tracks released between the 1st of January and the 31st of December 2024.
