
The out-of-home (OOH) industry has reported a net revenue of $62.0 million for the month of August, an increase of 20.0% from the same month last year, which posted a net revenue of $51.6m.
Year-to-date revenue has increased by 18.2%, tracking at $480.4m, up from $406.3m for the same time last year. Digital OOH revenue makes up 38.5% of total revenue, up from 24.6% for the same period last year.
Category figures August 2016:
• Roadside Billboards (over and under 25 square metres) $23.4m
• Roadside Other (street furniture, taxis, bus/tram externals, small format) $18.3m
• Transport (including airports) $11.0m
• Retail, Lifestyle and Other $9.3m
