News Corp Australia and REA collaborate on Spring Market Report of the Australian property market.

According to REA Group‘s general manager of audience and marketing Sarah Myers reports that Australians’ engagement with realestate.com.au is at an all-time high. Capitalising on the spike in property transactions, REA Group has partnered with News Corp Australia to publish a Spring Market Report this weekend, featuring the most recent property market supply and demand trends.

Over Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 August, the Spring Market Report will aid Australians with their property choices using data-led information.

Myers said of the report: “Spring is typically the busiest time for the property market so partnering with News Corp Australia to publish a special Spring Market Report will ensure buyers and sellers have the most up-to-date view on market supply and demand trends. Leveraging proprietary data and expert insights, the suburb-by-suburb guide will help consumers to make the most informed property decisions.”

With the use of tailored data built by economists from PropTrack – REA Group’s data and insights division – and News Corp Australia’s real estate team taking the lead of the reports editorial, the digital articles of the report will offer interactive tables that can be searched by the geographic location of interest of the user.

National real estate editor Evie White said: “This spring selling season will be one of the most important in years as the playing field seems to be levelling between buyers and sellers, prices have eased and Australians seek help navigating the new landscape on interest rates.

With the report catered for first home buyers, next home buyers and investors, the report will be published across News Corp Australia’s sate-based mastheads The Daily Telegraph (NSW), Herald Sun (VIC) The Courier Mail (QLD) and The Advertiser (SA). The report will also be published across regional mastheads NT News and The Mercury (TAS), providing a potential reach of more than four million readers.
