Seven has announced that Shane Bourne will be the new host of Dancing With The Stars. Bourne will join Edwina Bartholomew on the series as he steps in to replace Daniel MacPherson.
In the past Bourne has been a regular on Hey Hey It’s Saturday and Thank God You’re Here, as well as acting roles in ABC’s MDA and Channel Seven’s City Homicide.
Seven director of network programming Angus Ross said: “Shane’s live TV experience is second to none, and we are thrilled to welcome him to the Dancing with the Stars family.”
Returning to the series for the 15th season are judges Todd McKenney and Helen Richey, along with Australian dancer and two-time mirror ball champion Kym Johnson returning straight from competing on the latest season of the show in the US.
