My Life Is Murder, starring, Lucy Lawless, will return for a second season on 10 and 10 Play from 9.00pm Wednesday, October 5.
Originally set in Melbourne, the first season of My Life Is Murder premiered in July 2019. When production for season two began in 2020, the 10 x 60-minute series made the move from Melbourne, Australia to Auckland, New Zealand.
The second season premiered on New Zealand’s TVNZ 1 and North America’s Acorn TV in 2021.
My Life Is Murder sees Alexa Crowe (Lawless) in Auckland as a private investigator discovering the secrets behind crimes and protecting her sourdough.
Joining from the U.S. is actor William Shatner (Star Trek, Boston Legal), with New Zealand’s, Martin Henderson (Grey’s Anatomy, The Gloaming), joining as Alexa’s brother and Ebony Vagulans returning as Alexa’s sidekick, Madison Feliciano.
Jay Ryan (Beauty And The Beast, Neighbours) Ben Barrington (Offspring, Shortland Street) and Ru Paul’s Drag Race Down Under winner, Kita Mean, will also make guest appearances across the season.
