Sydney-based men’s lifestyle media company, Man of Many, recently celebrated its 10th anniversary with an event at the harbourside location, Watersedge, in The Rocks, Sydney, on 21 April 2023.
Over the past decade, Man of Many has covered the latest in products, culture, and style. With over 250 million articles read across the site, Man of Many remains a self-funded and independent media company.
The celebration brought together 250 attendees, including high-profile personalities such as Tim Robards, Lincoln Younes and Andrew Redmayne to mark the milestone. Parenting with sponsors including Lamborghini, Ducati, Ben Riach, Penfolds and Seiko, Man of Many brought the event to life through unique activation spaces for guests to enjoy throughout the evening.
Attendees were treated to experiences such as a Benriach whisky-tasting lounge, a Penfold’s champagne and oyster station, a Seiko car racing simulator with a fastest lap contest to win a watch, and outdoor displays of Lamborghini and Ducati vehicles in the forecourt. Renowned harpist Jake Meadows and DJ/saxophonist/composer Sam Weiss provided musical entertainment to enhance the festive atmosphere.
Co-founder Scott Purcell said, “We aimed to showcase the distinctive experiences we strive to create through our events, brand activations and experiences. Our 10th-anniversary celebration allowed us to achieve just that.”
Frank Arthur, the other co-founder, added, “It’s incredible to see how far we’ve come. Man of Many started from a Sydney share house when Scott and I were housemates and now we’re Australia’s largest men’s lifestyle publication.”
Man of Many is preparing for future events focused on health and wellness, engaging in panel discussions and community initiatives. As Australia’s first 100% carbon-neutral digital publication, the company is also dedicated to hosting sustainability-focused experiences.
Man of Many is also looking to expand its presence by launching its podcasting arm in the near future.
