Love Island Australia will be back this year for season four – this time in sunny Spain, where the British version of the reality dating show is filmed.
The hottest singles from Down Under will couple-up or crack-on in Mallorca later this year with Sophie Monk returning as the host.
She will steer the new cast of sexy singles towards finding their perfect match while soaking up the Mediterranean sun and having the time of their lives.
Monk said: “I’m so excited to be back as host of Love Island Australia, and with overseas holidays finally coming into view I can’t wait to return to beautiful Mallorca to see what’s in store for our brand-new Islanders.”
Casting is now open for hopeful singles to have a shot at finding “the one” in the luxurious Love Island Spanish villa.
The new season of the world-renowned reality TV show promises to deliver another picture-perfect setting with all the romantic twists and turns that keep the fans tuning in for more.
The upcoming fourth season will be the show’s return to Mallorca since the first season back in 2018. The second season was shot in Fiji, followed by the third in Byron Bay due to travel restrictions amid the pandemic.
Last year, lovebirds Mitch Hibberd and Tina Provis were crowned as the winners in the villa and pocketing $50,000 prize money together. Unfortunately, Hibberd and Provis split up last month.
Love Island Australia is produced by ITV Studios Australia for the 9Network.
The show is based on the British version where a group of single contestants, known as “islanders”, live together in a luxury villa closed off from outside world, in an attempt to find love.
During the show, contestants “couple up” must to avoid being dumped from the villa.
Viewers will also have the chance to vote for their favourite islanders to stay in the villa. As old islanders are dumped, new islanders will enter the villa to tempt and test relationships.
At the end, Australia will vote one final time to determine the winning couple. Hopefuls can apply via 9Now.
