Justine Cullen to lead Traveller editorial strategy

The former ELLE and InStyle editor will steer Traveller across digital, social, video, audio and live events nationally.

Nine has appointed Justine Cullen as Editorial and Strategy Director of Traveller.

Cullen will lead the brand’s editorial strategy across digital, social, video, audio and events. Her remit will also include subscriber engagement and commercial partnerships.

Traveller is published across The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, Brisbane Times and WAToday. It reaches a combined audience of 1.9 million across digital, print and social platforms.

Editorial remit

Cullen will oversee Traveller’s multi-platform development and its biannual gloss magazine editions.

Previous roles

Cullen was previously Editor-in-Chief of InStyle Australia and Chief Creative Officer of True North Media. She was also the founding Editor-in-Chief of the relaunched Australian edition of ELLE.

Cullen is based in Nine’s Sydney newsroom and commenced the role on 24 August.
