Justin Hind has announced he will be leaving CHEP Network and his role as CEO to start up his own agency.
Hind took to his LinkedIn on Wednesday and said of the departure: “I’m super proud of leading CHEP Network over the past two years with an exceptional ELT. It’s been a privilege.
“We’ve done lots, and we’ve achieved great things together,” he added.
Hind also noted a special ‘thank you’ to his executive leadership team, Andrew Drougas, Gavin McLeod, Jonny Berger, Caitlin Burgess, Lilian Sor, Jessica Coulson, Thomas Penn, Mark Gretton, Glen Dickson, and Mariana Rice, calling them “world-class people”.
“CHEP is a chapter I’m super proud of but I’m even prouder to be starting my next chapter and our next company,” the outgoing CEO hinted of his next venture.
“Being an entrepreneur is part of my DNA and I’m excited about our next phase. Thank you to everyone who’s reached out,” Hind concluded.
Among Hind’s major achievements at with the company has been the rebrand from CHE Proximity to CHEP Network, back in February 2022.
At the time, Justin Hind said of the company’s transformation: “The past two years have brought irreversible change to the way we work, shop, socialise, exercise and live life every day.
“That change has been a catalyst for us to reimagine our business around the new economy, and the development of a new agency model that will ensure creativity, media, technology, and data is at the heart of supporting our clients’ continued growth, no matter the challenge or channel.”
“Our new model combines market-leading scale and capability, combined with the spirit of independence.
“More doors into the agency, more access to our leaders, more combinations of solutions to solve more brand and customer challenges. It’s a winning formula for our clients and the people who make our business what it is today,” Hind added.
