Jonesy and Amanda have welcomed a new senior producer, Tyran Stig, to their support crew as the WSFM enter their 18th year on air together.
Stig joins the team as senior producer, following three years producing breakfast shows in Newcastle with SCA.
The role is to replace Kate Meade, who has recently been promoted to executive producer of the Ali Clarke Breakfast Show on Mix102.3.
As part of his role, Stig will work alongside the award-winning production team, including EP Millie Michael, Mariam Belle and Ryan Atkins to help bring to life the Jonesy and Amanda Breakfast Show on WSFM and the daily JAM Nation show across ARN’s Metro and Regional Network.
Stig said of his new role with Jonesy & Amanda: “I could not be more excited to join the Jonesy and Amanda team and celebrate their 18th year on air together. I have a massive admiration for them both and their incredible team and what they achieve every day when those mics switch on.”
Stig starts his new role as senior producer when the radio hosts are back live, celebrating their 18th year together, January 16th on Sydney’s 101.7 WSFM.
Meade’s appointment as EP of the Ali Clarke Breakfast Show was announced last month after spending 12 months with Jonesy & Amanda at WSFM Sydney.
Prior to that she was the Network Breakfast host and producer with ACE Radio Network. Meade is also the host of the Women of Influence podcast with ARN’s iHeart.
ARN chief content officer Duncan Campbell said of Meade’s appointment: “I’m thrilled to have Kate join the Adelaide team, bringing a wealth of experience and skill around content creation across all our platforms for Mix 102.3.
“Kate brings an energy, positivity and can-do attitude to everything she does, and I’m looking forward to a huge year ahead,” he added.
