iProspect has announced the promotions of two of its members to senior roles as it focuses on continuing to deliver exceptional results for clients and partners in 2023, following strong growth in 2022.
Vera Manalac has been promoted to group investment director, joining iProspect’s Sydney leadership team.
Manalac first joined iProspect as a senior investment director in October 2021, with her promotion in recognition of her commitment to delivering the best outcomes for clients, helping them explore the never before and solving complex business problems.
Alongside Manalac’s promotion, iProspect has also expanded Nicola Barnes remit to include both NSW and Victoria, in recognition of the results she’s delivered for NSW clients since joining the business in March 2021.
Barnes previously worked as an investment director in Victoria for iProspect’s sister media agency, Carat.
Marcelle Gomez, iProspect’s NSW managing director, said: “iProspect finished 2022 on an absolute high, delivering results for our clients as we continue to explore the intersection of culture, content, data and technology.
“I am so proud to not just help our clients grow their businesses, but also to be able to grow and advance the careers of the extraordinary talent we have in iProspect. Vera and Nicola exemplify our values, they push boundaries and challenge themselves and others to do better every day.”
Ken Lam, iProspect’s national head of investment, added: ‘Both Nicola and Vera have been outstanding in their roles in lifting our investment capabilities at iProspect with a performance mindset that drove great results for our clients and the business, so this is really a testament to their exceptional efforts across the year.
“I am also proud to work alongside such talented and passionate individuals in Nicola and Vera and see them continue to grow and develop in their respective careers to further cement themselves as leaders in the industry.”
