HOYTS appoints Stephanie Mills as Managing Director
HOYTS, Australia's leading cinema company, has appointed Stephanie Mills to the newly created role of Managing Director.

HOYTS has appointed Stephanie Mills to the newly created role of Managing Director, effective immediately.
Mills brings more than 20 years of experience in the Australian cinema and entertainment industry, spanning marketing, content, commercial strategy and corporate leadership.
Executive comment
HOYTS Group President and CEO Damian Keogh said Mills' appointment reflected both her leadership credentials and her understanding of the exhibition industry.
"Stephanie has been a standout performer in HOYTS' ascendancy in recent years to the number one exhibitor in Australia. She has great passion and experience in the cinema sector and is recognised as a global leader in the field. This new role will focus on bringing together areas of the business into a more cohesive team to deliver the best possible customer experience in our cinemas," Keogh said.

Career background
Most recently, Mills served as Director of Sales, Marketing & Content at HOYTS Group, leading the company's sales, marketing, movie programming and corporate solutions functions across Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to that role, she held senior leadership positions within HOYTS, including General Manager of Marketing & Content and General Manager of Marketing. Before joining HOYTS, she spent more than a decade with Reading Entertainment Australia in a range of commercial leadership roles.
Mills also serves as a Director of Creative Content Australia and a Director of Cinema Association Australasia, the peak industry body representing major and independent cinema operators across Australia and New Zealand. She has been featured multiple times in international rankings recognising influential women in global cinema.
Mills' comment
Mills said she was thrilled to be taking on the role at such an exciting time for the industry.
