• Special pricing offers full access to Foxtel Play’s Premium Movies & Drama featuring Game of Thrones season 5
Foxtel has announced special pricing for the Premium Movies & Drama pick on Foxtel Play, just in time for the arrival of Game of Thrones season 5. The Premium Movies and Drama pick includes showcase, the “home of HBO”, which will feature season 5 of the award-winning HBO drama when it airs on Monday, 13 April at 11am AEST, same time as the US.
New customers who sign up to Foxtel Play between 23 March and 30 April 2015 will be able add Premium Movies and Drama to their first $25 a month genre pick for only $5 extra a month for the first three months. Foxtel’s move allows fans and newcomers to catch up on the drama and intrigue across the Seven Kingdoms from Game of Thrones seasons 1-4 from 23 March, as well as being part of the latest chapter when the hugely anticipated Game of Thrones season 5 takes to screens on 13 April, for only $30 a month for the first three months. (Price rises to $45 monthly Premium Movies and Drama after 3 months.)
In addition to Game of Thrones, subscribers to Premium Movies and Drama are entitled to a host of other highly acclaimed dramas including The Red Road (s.1), starring Jason Momoa (Khal Drogo from Game of Thrones); Veep (s.4); Mad Men (s.7 part 2); The Americans (s.3); Wentworth (s.3), Black Sails and Orange Is the New Black (s.3).
Customers will also have access to Foxtel’s new BoxSets channel, featuring hundreds of hours of the most binge-worthy drama, along with a massive volume of blockbuster and library movies as part of their subscription.

Foxtel Play customers can enjoy their programming via eligible Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 & 4, selected Samsung Blu-Ray and home theatre systems and PC and Mac computers. Foxtel Play customers can also access content on selected smart phones and tablets by downloading the Foxtel Go app.
