On 101.9 The Fox, Fifi, Fev & Nick gave away $50,000 to a local Melbourne listener, Brittany from Werribee by playing Alphabucks.
The Fox has over 60 listeners lined up to enter the Alphabucks Area where Fifi, Fev and Nick quizzed finalists with one letter and 10 questions in 30 seconds, they didn’t stop until someone won the entire $50,000.
After multiple rounds, Brittany from Werribee answered all 10 questions with the letter ‘L’ and walked away with a life-changing $50,000 cheque.
Brittany and her partner will be putting the money towards their overseas wedding.
To earn their spot for $50,000 Alphabucks Day, listeners called into the show every morning over the past eight weeks to play the daily game. Contestants had the opportunity to keep the cash they won that day or forgo the instant cash and claim their spot to risk it all and play for $50,000 on $50K Alphabucks Day.
