Fabulate raises $4.5m in oversubscribed funding round
The raise was backed largely by existing investors, with the company saying it remains profitable.

Influencer marketing platform Fabulate has raised $4.5 million in an oversubscribed funding round, valuing the business at $84.5 million post-money as it continues its expansion across the Asia-Pacific region.
The round was backed by existing specialist investors Centerstone Capital and Nightingale Partners. Fabulate said it did not undertake an external capital raising process, with around 90% of the funding coming from existing shareholders.
Funds to support regional growth
Fabulate CEO Toby Kennett said the company would use the funding to support its next phase of growth.
“Fabulate has firmly established itself as a clear leader in the APAC region,” said Toby Kennett, CEO of Fabulate.
“Given the company is profitable and the round was oversubscribed - with roughly 90% of the capital coming from existing shareholders doubling down - Fabulate elected not to run an external raise process; the funds raised will be used to further drive our growth through the region."

The capital raise follows the appointments of Jon Kee as Commercial Director for Southeast Asia, Japan and South Korea, and Gabrielle Lawton as New Zealand Lead.
Over the past two years, the company has expanded into New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, South Korea and Japan.
Focus on AI platform
Fabulate Chair Patrick Forth said the company was well positioned for further growth.
“As Chairman, it's been incredibly rewarding to see Fabulate evolve from an ambitious Australian startup into a regional technology leader. What’s impressive about Fabulate isn't just the growth story, it’s the quality of the business that has been built.”
“The team has developed a genuinely differentiated technology platform, with AI at its core capability across discovery, campaign execution and measurement. That combination of innovation, customer focus and disciplined execution is why Fabulate is exceptionally well positioned for its next phase of growth across APAC and beyond."
Fabulate said it will continue investing in its AI-powered creator marketing platform, including SparQ, which supports creator discovery, campaign management and measurement.
