The new season of My Kitchen Rules will be premiering 7.00pm Sunday, 7 August on Channel Seven and 7plus.
Seven’s director of network programming, Angus Ross, said: “Whichever way you dice it, My Kitchen Rules is Australia’s favourite cooking show, adored by millions. We can’t wait to serve the nation more of what they love: real food, real people, cooking from the heart.”
Famous for his MKR catch-cry, “where’s the sauce?” chef and cookbook author Manu Feildel is back co-hosting his twelfth season of Australia’s favourite cooking show.
Joining Manu Feildel this year is iconic food writer and television cook Nigella Lawson, who can’t wait to champion this year’s home cooks. She said “Straight off the bat, I loved that MKR was about home cooks. While I admire chefs enormously, home cooking is where my heart is. For me, it’s the real story of food, and I was just terribly excited about eating food that told me where people had come from, who they are, and what they love.”
Also joining this year’s judging panel as guest judges are renowned chef, restaurateur, author, and international television personality Curtis Stone, and Dublin-born chef, restaurateur, and previous MKR judge Colin Fassnidge.
