My Kitchen Rules, is back with judges Nigella Lawson and Manu Feildel in a new season premiering 7.00pm Sunday, 7 August on Channel Seven and 7plus.
Also joining MKR this season is award-winning food Get Involved journalist and TV personality Matt Preston, while celebrity chefs Colin Fassnidge and Curtis Stone return as guest judges.

Nigella Lawson
Judge
Iconic food writer and television cook Nigella Lawson can’t wait to champion home cooks in her new role as MKR judge. Nigella’s first television series, Nigella Bites (2000), made the home cook a global household name. An internationally renowned and bestselling author, Nigella’s thirteen cookbooks have sold over 10 million copies worldwide.
Manu Feildel
Judge
Famous for his MKR catch-cry, “where’s the sauce?” talented chef and cookbook author Manu Feildel is back co-hosting his twelfth season of MKR.
Matt Preston
Judge
Having judged cooking shows at home and abroad, MKR judge Matt Preston has a discerning eye for a winning dish. An award-winning food journalist, best-selling cookbook author and broadcaster, Matt is ready to share his food
knowledge with this year’s contestants.
Colin Fassnidge
Guest Judge
MKR favourite and guest judge Colin Fassnidge is back to help shape the next batch of home cooks. Dublin born and trained by the legendary Raymond Blanc, the chef and cookbook author is famous for his refined take on the nose-to-tail food philosophy.
Curtis Stone
Guest Judge
Renowned chef, restaurateur, author and international television personality Curtis Stone makes a welcome return to MKR. Chef-owner of famed Los Angeles restaurant Maude, Curtis is keen to share his knowledge and food philosophy – using local and seasonal ingredients and treating them simply – with this year’s contestants.
