DJ Hot Dub Time Machine hit the decks for the Vivid Sydney Edition of Nova’s Red Room.
Nova listeners and special guests enjoyed the experience at Cargo Hall at the Overseas Passenger Terminal in Circular Quay, hosted by Ryan ‘Fitzy’ Fitzgerald of Nova 96.9’s Fitzy & Wippa breakfast show.
Aussie DJ Hot Dub Time Machine performed an exclusive, high-energy set for Nova’s Red Room.
Fans were immersed in the best of Vivid Sydney as they soaked up the stunning backdrop of an illuminated Sydney Opera House.
The internationally renowned act from Sydney, who first started the time-travelling, ‘dance-through-the-decades’ audio-visual party concept in 2011, had the crowd dancing throughout the night to remixed hits from the decades.
Some of the songs enjoyed were Another One Bites the Dust, MmmBop, Bad Guy and Jiggle Jiggle.
Special guests who attended the event included Big Brother 2020 winner Chad Hurst, MAFS grooms Al Perkins and Brent Vitiello, and the NSW Swifts netball team. Nova executives Adam Johnson, chief growth officer and Peter Colosimo, chief operations officer were also in attendance.
Nova’s next Red Room will be in Brisbane with an exclusive performance by multi-award-winning Australian singer-songwriter Vance Joy on Monday, June 20 2022.

Vance will be performing his biggest hits as well as music from his upcoming third album In Our Own Sweet Time live for Nova’s Red Room at a private and intimate location in South Bank, Brisbane.
Vance will also be touring across Australia for over eight weeks to promote In Our Own Sweet Time, with the album predominately created during the pandemic through Zoom writing sessions.
Australia’s premier intimate music brand Nova’s Red Room has seen over 300 international and local artists perform live for fans.
