dentsu appoints Michelle Testa to lead WA business

dentsu has appointed Michelle Testa as managing director of its Western Australian business.

Testa, who has worked at dentsu for more than 14 years, will lead the company’s integrated offering in WA.

During her time at dentsu, Testa has managed client relationships across government and the private sector. Her clients have included Cash Converters, West Coast Eagles, Revo Fitness and Murdoch University.

She was recently named WA Ad Person of the Year.

Industry roles

Testa has served on the Oasis Committee for more than a decade, including three years as chairperson.

She is also co-chair of dentsu’s Women in the Workplace DEI Council and a mentor in the Youngbloods WA Paddle Program.

dentsu ANZ chief practice officer, media, Chris Ernst said Testa had made a significant contribution to the business during her 14 years with the company, spanning client relationships, commercial leadership and workplace culture.

He described Testa as a strong collaborator and people leader who had delivered positive outcomes for clients, colleagues and the wider community.
